2. Services Provided

Hyped Imports specializes in Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. Each DTF print cost ranges from $2-$5 per m2 , which includes the cost of labor, materials, and ink.

3. Pricing for Clothing

The pricing for clothing items is based on the rates provided by ASColour. For detailed pricing, please refer to the ASColour website (https://www.ascolour.co.nz/).

For cheaper garment items please contact us for more info.

Baby clothing is available upon request and starts at $10 per bodysuit not including prints.

4. Order Placement and Payment

- All orders must be placed through our website or via DM.

- Payment is required in full at the time of order placement.

- We accept various payment methods including credit/debit, bank transfer and online payment systems.

5. Production Time

- Standard production time is 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

- Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.

6. Shipping and Delivery

- We offer shipping services within New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

- Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method selected.

7. Returns and Refunds

- Hyped Imports does not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-printed items unless there is a defect in the product.

- If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

- All designs and artwork provided by the customer remain the intellectual property of the customer.

- Hyped Imports reserves the right to use images of completed orders for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

- Hyped Imports is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

- Hyped Imports reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
